Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of Zamgot and related services provided by Doogoon Inc. They define the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the company and users. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

• Some features require an account and login.
• You must keep account information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for passwords, authentication methods, and access to your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

Users and developers may submit posts, comments, games, digital items, and other content. We may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove content for quality, safety, legal compliance, or policy reasons.

Submitters represent that they have the rights necessary to publish, distribute, and monetize their content and that the content does not infringe third-party rights.

Some games may support live play and spectator interactions. Reactions, visual effects, voting, and similar features are for entertainment and community participation, not gambling or betting.

• The service may provide virtual goods such as Gems and digital items.
• Virtual goods are not legal tender and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law or our policy.
• Virtual goods and digital items may not be transferred outside the service.

Payments may be processed through payment processors, app stores, sales agents, or a Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility depends on product type, use or consumption, payment method, applicable law, and our refund policy. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations may be deducted from developer revenue or payouts.

• A paid game purchased with Nyang (virtual currency) may be refunded in Nyang within 14 days of purchase, only if total playtime is under 30 minutes and there is no prior refund for that game, limited to one refund per game. Ownership is released immediately upon refund.
• Nyang refunds are limited to 3 per account within any rolling 30-day period. If total playtime is 30 minutes or more, the 14-day window has passed, or it was purchased with cash, an app store, or a Merchant of Record, it is not eligible for the automatic Nyang refund above. In that case, eligibility is handled individually through customer support according to the relevant payment method, the payment processor's policy, and applicable law.
• When a game refund is granted, the developer revenue from that transaction may be deducted from payouts.
• If we detect signs of refund abuse (such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or refunding after substantial use of the content), we may limit or stop offering refunds to the account.

For approved developer content, a portion of net revenue may be shared according to our revenue terms and internal ledger. Developers must provide accurate identity, business, tax, and payout information when required.

• Violating laws, these Terms, or operating policies.
• Posting or distributing illegal, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Unauthorized access, vulnerability abuse, cheating, automation, or service disruption.
• Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or payment system abuse.
• Infringing another person's privacy, account, or intellectual property rights.

Users and developers retain rights in content they create or submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license necessary to provide, operate, store, display, distribute, promote, and monetize the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us during the previous 12 months.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content to address Terms violations, security risks, fraud, legal or policy compliance, or service protection. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
