This Policy applies to Zamgot and related services provided by Doogoon Inc. (㈜두군). Zamgot is a service for games, communities, creator tools, developer distribution, and developer payouts.

• Account registration, login, identity confirmation, account recovery, and account deletion.
• Community features such as posts, comments, questions, games, chat, friends, and notifications.
• Processing purchases, delivering digital items, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Game uploads, studio features, revenue-share calculation, developer payouts, and support.
• Developer identity verification, KYC/KYB, risk screening, and compliance checks.
• Preventing abuse and fraud, securing accounts, service stability, and dispute handling.
• Customer support, service notices, recommendations, search quality, analytics, advertising, ad measurement, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Terms.

We may process the categories below. Payment card data is handled by payment providers or a Merchant of Record and is not stored by us.

• Account data: name, email address, username or nickname, password hash, profile image, language, region, and login metadata.
• OAuth data: email, identifiers, and profile information provided by external authentication providers.
• Service activity: posts, comments, questions, chat, friends, notifications, searches, clicks, views, likes, and saves.
• Game and studio data: game projects, build logs, uploaded files, play records, scores, purchases, and item history.
• Developer verification data: identity documents, selfie/liveness checks, business registration details, verification status, risk review, and audit logs.
• Payment and purchase data: transaction identifiers, purchase history, refund/chargeback status, and results from payment providers or Merchants of Record.
• Developer payout data: bank account details required for payouts, account holder information, payout history, payout status, and payout-provider records.
• Technical and usage data: device information, IP address, cookies, access logs, error logs, and in-service events for security and analytics.
• Support inquiry data: name, email, category, subject, message, related URLs, browser/device information, hashed IP address, and user ID if logged in.

• Account information is retained until account deletion or withdrawal.
• Data needed for the 30-day recovery period may be retained; after that, email, nickname, and profile image are permanently anonymized.
• Public or relational content such as posts, comments, and chat may be retained with author information anonymized to preserve service context and handle reports or disputes.
• Payment, payout, refund, tax, accounting, KYC/KYB, risk screening, fraud prevention, and audit records are retained for periods required by law, partner requirements, compliance, audit, and dispute resolution.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with the parties below when you consent, when required by law, or as needed to provide the service.

• Payment providers or Merchants of Record and their affiliates, as applicable, for purchase processing, compliance, tax/VAT handling, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
• Identity verification providers for KYC/KYB, selfie/liveness checks, and risk screening.
• Payout providers and banks for developer payouts and payout status management.
• Service vendors such as hosting, analytics, and customer support providers under contractual safeguards.

We may use authentication and account management services, email delivery services, hosting and CDN providers, payment processors or Merchants of Record, app stores, payout providers, identity verification providers, and advertising or analytics services.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for login, language preferences, security, service improvement, and advertising. Third-party advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, ad identifiers, and similar technical information to serve and measure ads. You may limit personalized ads through browser, device, advertising settings, or industry opt-out tools.

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion through service settings or contact@zamgot.com. We may verify your identity as required by law.

When retention periods expire or processing purposes are fulfilled, personal information is deleted or anonymized in a way that is difficult to restore.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on the location of payment, payout, identity verification, hosting, analytics, and support vendors. We use reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.

• Least-privilege administrator access and access logs.
• Password hashing and secure storage of sensitive tokens.
• HTTPS and security updates.
• Monitoring abuse, vulnerability exploitation, and abnormal access.

If we need to collect personal information from children who require guardian consent, we will follow applicable law.
