How do I get a refund for a game?
A game bought with Nyang (virtual currency) can be refunded instantly from the game's detail page with the [Refund] button if it meets the conditions. Games bought with cash, or topped-up Nyang, are handled through customer support.
Under what conditions can a Nyang game be refunded?
If all three conditions below are met, a [Refund] button appears on the game's detail page. The Nyang is returned instantly and ownership is removed.
- Within 14 days of purchase
- Total playtime under 30 minutes
- Fewer than 3 refunds in the last 30 days
I played more than 30 minutes — can I still refund?
Self-service refunds are only available when total playtime is under 30 minutes. If you have special circumstances, contact customer support — our team can review and handle it case by case.
Is there a limit on refunds?
To prevent abuse, each account can self-refund up to 3 times within any rolling 30-day period. Refunds processed by our team (customer support) do not count toward this limit, so a support refund does not reduce your self-service quota.
If I refund and buy again, can I refund again?
Yes. After re-purchasing, you can refund again based on the same conditions (within 14 days, under 30 minutes played, fewer than 3 refunds in 30 days). A past refund does not block you permanently.
Can I refund a cash purchase or topped-up Nyang?
Cash payments are handled individually through customer support according to the payment processor's (e.g. Xsolla) refund policy and applicable law. As digital content, refunds may be limited once you have started using it or spent the topped-up Nyang.
When do I get my Nyang back after a refund?
Nyang game refunds are processed instantly and reflected in your balance right away. Cash refunds may take a few business days depending on the payment processor.
I don't see the refund button. Why?
It's usually one of the following. If the refund button doesn't appear on the game's detail page, check the conditions below, and contact support if you still need help.
- Total playtime is 30 minutes or more
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- More than 3 self-refunds in the last 30 days
- The game was bought with cash (contact support instead)
What is Nyang?
Nyang is Zamgot's virtual currency. You can top it up and use it to buy games and items. Games bought with Nyang can be refunded under the conditions above.
